Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (October 12th) reported September 2021 consolidated revenue of NT$2,146M. Consolidated revenue for January through September 2021 totaled NT$17,297M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through September 2021 saw an increase of 18.1% compared to the same period in 2020, and all three business segments delivered year-over-year revenue growth this period as well. Construction Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) saw the most advancement, mainly from GC01 Section of Taoyuan MRT Green Line and other private sector construction projects. Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) saw its growth from completed projects such as 55Timeless. Environmental Project Development Business (HDEC Corporation) also grew meaningfully, mainly fueled by construction of Anping Reclaimed Water Plant and Tongluo Science Park Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II EPC.

The residential part of Taipei-based project Timeless and Modern Expression and the Kaohsiung-based JV project Arranging New Asia Bay (JV with Daiwa House Group, CDC owns 35% stake) of Real Estate Development Business have both sold out in September. Total sales amount for the residential part of Timeless and Modern Expression accumulated to NT$2,390M, and the project is expected to begin handover and recognize revenue in the first half of 2023. For Arranging New Asia Bay, total sales amount summed up to NT$3,512M, and the project is expected to complete in the second half of 2023. On the other hand, Bountiful Journey will begin handover and recognize revenue from October, and the handover is expected to complete in the first half of 2022.
