Continental Holdings Corporation (TWSE: 3703) Reported September 2026 Consolidated Revenue of NT$4,305 Million

Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (October 12th) reported September 2026 consolidated revenue of NT$4,305 million. Revenue increase for the month was mainly driven by the commencement of handovers for Continental Development Corporation’s residential project Duan Xu. Consolidated revenue for January through September 2026 was NT$22,882 million.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through September 2026 increased by 3.4% year-over-year, primarily due to the increased contribution from the completion and handover of new projects from Continental Development Corporation, which offset the decline in construction revenue from HDEC Corporation.

Continental Engineering Corporation was awarded the Taoyuan Railway Underground Project – Preliminary Works for the Neili Station Section (Contract CJ15A) by the Railway Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications in September. The project includes the construction of the diaphragm wall, track supporting slabs and other related civil works for the Neili Station section of the Taoyuan Railway Underground Project, with a contract value of approximately NT$1.607 billion (including tax).

Continental Development Corporation acquired land in the Xinya Section of Banqiao District, New Taipei City in September for real estate development. The site is situated near MRT Far Eastern Hospital Station of Bannan Line and Taipei Far Eastern Telecom Park, and is adjacent to the residential project Poetic Yard, with a lot size of approximately 3,055 square meters. The project is expected to be launched by the end of 2027. In addition, Continental Development Corporation submitted an application for approval of the urban renewal plan for the Yixian Section in Xinyi District, Taipei City in October. The site, currently occupied by the Zhongtuo Public Housing Complex (Area A), is located in the block along Section 1, Keelung Road and Guangfu South Road, near MRT Xinyi Anhe Station and Taipei 101/World Trade Center Station, with a lot size of approximately 13,747 square meters. The project plan and development schedule will be announced after the urban renewal plan is officially approved.

HDEC Corporation was selected in August as the preferred applicant for the Hsinchu City Keya Water Resource Recovery Center Effluent Reclamation, Build-Transfer-Operate (BTO) Project. Jointly promoted by the Hsinchu City Government and the National Science and Technology Council Hsinchu Science Park Bureau, this large-scale reclaimed water BTO project has an estimated investment of approximately NT$8.45 billion and a concession period of approximately 18.5 years. The project includes the expansion and upgrading of the existing wastewater treatment plant, the construction of a reclaimed water plant and related facilities, as well as the operation and management of both wastewater and reclaimed water treatment plants. Reclaimed water supply is scheduled to commence in phases starting in 2030. Upon completion of Phases I and II, the project will be capable of supplying up to 40,000 tons reclaimed water per day to the Hsinchu Science Park, further enhancing the park’s water supply resilience.
