Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (June 10^th) reported May 2026 consolidated revenue of NT$2,656 million. Consolidated revenue for January through May 2026 was NT$11,172 million.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through May 2026 decreased by 9.6% year-over-year, primarily due to a decline in construction revenue from HDEC Corporation, which offset the increased contribution from the completion and handover of new projects from Continental Development Corporation.

Continental Development Corporation has launched pre-sales of Dolce far niente in May, a residential project located in Zhubei City in Hsinchu County. This marks Continental Development Corporation’s first residential real estate project in the Hsinchu region. The project is designed by the Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV) Architects, and is located near Far Eastern Department Store Zhubei. It occupies a site area of 5,083.53 m² and comprises 30 floors above ground and 6 basement levels, providing a total of 415 residential units with floor area ranging from 122 m² to 169 m². Continental Development Corporation’s estimated share of the total sales value is NT$7.94 billion, and the project is expected to be completed by 2031.
