Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (June 10^th) reported May 2021 consolidated revenue of NT$1,964M. Consolidated revenue for January through May 2021 totaled NT$10,321M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through May 2021 saw an increase of 40.7% compared to the same period in 2020. CHC’s three business segments all delivered year-over-year revenue growth this period, and Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) and Environmental Project Development Business (HDEC Corporation) saw the most advancement. The turnover growth of Real Estate Development Business was mainly due to revenue from projects such as 55Timeless, La Bella Vita, and Treasure Garden. The construction of Linhai Wastewater Treatment and Reclaimed Water Plant BTO and Tongluo Science Park Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II EPC fueled the growth of Environmental Project Development Business.

Cash dividend for FY2020 will be paid on July 30^th, in the amount of NT$1.40 per share. The ex-dividend date will be July 1^st.
