Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (July 10^th) reported June 2023 consolidated revenue of NT$2,825M. Consolidated revenue for January through June 2023 totaled NT$14,769M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through June 2023 saw a decrease of 19.1% compared to the same period in 2022, mainly due to a higher revenue base from the peak handover period for Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) last year.

Real Estate Development Business signed a joint development agreement in June. The project is located at the Daxue Section, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, adjacent to Far Eastern Department Store in Zhubei, with a lot size of approximately 5,083.53 m². This is the first project launched by Continental Development Corporation (CDC) in the Hsinchu area. CDC will be in charge of planning, constructing, and selling of the project. Under the terms of the joint development agreement, CDC will hold 40% of the project’s rights. This project is expected to launch pre-sell after 2025.
