Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (January 10th) reported December 2021 consolidated revenue of NT$3,078M. Consolidated revenue for fiscal year 2021 totaled NT$26,844M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through December 2021 saw an increase of 23.8% compared to the same period in 2020, and all three business segments delivered year-over-year revenue growth this period as well. Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) saw the most advancement, mainly from continued handover projects of Bountiful Journey and SERIF upon completion, as well as completed projects such as 55Timeless. Construction Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) saw its growth mainly from private sector construction projects and public sector civil projects such as GC01 Section of Taoyuan MRT Green Line. Environmental Project Development Business (HDEC Corporation) also grew meaningfully, mainly fueled by construction of Anping Reclaimed Water Plant and Tongluo Science Park Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II EPC.

Construction Business has been selected by Taipei City’s Department of Rapid Transit Systems as the successful contractor to construct the Taipei Metro Mass Rapid Transit System North Circular Line CF680C Section/North Depot in December. The CF680C project contains four sub-projects, including depot plant construction, plumbing, electrical, and environmental control engineering works, building management system (BMS) construction and installation of elevator and escalator. This project is expected to begin construction in early 2022 with approximately 7.5 years of contracted construction period and contract value of approximately NT$9.6 bn. (taxes excl.; ~NT$10.1 bn. Including taxes).
