Continental Holdings Corporation Reports 2025 Revenue of NT$34.378 Billion, Announces NT$1.05 Cash Dividend Per Share
Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC, TWSE: 3703) held its annual shareholders’ meeting, with Chairman Nita Ing presenting the Company’s 2025 operating results and 2026 business plan. According to the Company’s annual report, CHC posted consolidated revenue of NT$34.378 billion, operating profit of NT$1.653 billion, net profit of NT$1.481 billion, and earnings per share of NT$1.80. The Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of NT$1.05 per share.
CHC Chairman Nita Ing said, “CHC’s three core business segments(*) continued to deliver steady growth. As of the end of 2025, Continental Engineering Corporation reported a backlog of NT$114.7 billion, Continental Development Corporation reported a backlog of NT$25.8 billion, and HDEC Corporation’s contracts on hand stood at NT$87.4 billion.”
Chairman Ing added, “Our Construction Engineering Business will continue advancing projects and pursuing new opportunities while investing in technology to enhance quality and efficiency. The Real Estate Development Business will focus on urban renewal and redevelopment projects as key drivers while adjusting to market demand and demographic changes. The Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business will continue expanding operations in water reclamation, sewage treatment, waste treatment, and renewable energy. As projects commence operations in 2026, they are expected to generate stable revenue and earnings for the Group.”
According to the Company’s Q1 2026 financial results, CHC reported a 58.7% and 580.5% year-over-year increase in operating profit and net profit, respectively, for the first quarter of 2026. In addition, Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business reached a record-high revenue backlog of NT$89.4 billion, driven by new projects awarded in the first quarter.
