Continental Engineering Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of Continental Holdings Corporation (Stock Code: 3703), held a contract signing ceremony with Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation for the “Jiantan MRT Transit Facility Utilized for Multi-Purpose Design-Build Project” on October 19th. This project, located adjacent to Taipei MRT Jiantan station, will provide a Class A office/commercial building with 16 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, with an expected completion date by the end of 2027. The contract value is NT$3.387 billion including taxes.

CEC tendered this project in partnership with its design collaborator, Hap+4Creative. Considering the project’s unique location, the team optimized the building design to create more open spaces for public use.

This project serves as a pivotal construction in reinvigorating transit facilities adjacent to MRT stations for multifunctional purposes. For CEC, this project represents a significant milestone in not only expanding its service capability for MRT projects but also in forging broader collaborations with Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation for the future.
