The Village Phase II Section 1

Located in the verdant hills of Xindian District of New Taipei City, Taiwan, this community is designed around clusters of low-rise homes surrounded by open green space. The Village is the place where home meets heaven and, with the development of the first section of Phase II development, The Village introduced the concept of "Healthy Housing" through the use of dry construction methods which result in "breathing" residences. This community is built as a place where residents, interior spaces and the environment exist in harmony. These distinctive single-family villas come together to form a warm, comfortable and exclusive community - the relaxing and happy home owners have been longing for. Completed in 2007, this first section of phase two development, designed by LKP Design and C.K.Lin Architect & Associates, included 117 units in two districts with three stories and a basement.
