Continental Holdings Corporation (TWSE: 3703) Reported December 2025 Consolidated Revenue of NT$7,681 Million

Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (January 12th) reported December 2025 consolidated revenue of NT$7,681 million. Revenue increase for the month was mainly contributed by the handover of residential projects in Real Estate Development Business. Consolidated revenue for full year 2025 was NT$34,612 million.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for fiscal year 2025 increased by 12.7% year-over-year. Among three businesses, Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) delivered significant revenue growth, primarily driven by the handover of residential projects Sensuous Garden and BELLE ÉPOQUE. Revenue growth for Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) was driven by building construction projects in the private sector.

Real Estate Development Business submitted an application for approval of the urban renewal plan for the Yucheng Section in Nangang District, Taipei City in December 2025. The site is located on the north side of Section 6, Zhongxiao East Road, approximately 600 meters from MRT Kunyang Station, adjacent to the Taiwan Railways Nangang Rail Yard Urban Renewal Project, with a lot size of approximately 4,438 square meters. The project will include a building with 24 floors above ground and 6 floors underground. The timeline and details will be announced after the urban renewal plan is officially approved.

Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation), following the award of Chiayi Science Park Wastewater Treatment Plant New Construction Turnkey Project in 2024, was successfully awarded the contract for Chiayi Science Park Phase II Wastewater Treatment Plant New Construction Turnkey Project by the Southern Taiwan Science Park Bureau of the National Science and Technology Council in January this year. The contract value is NT$3.012 billion (including tax). The project includes the construction of a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 30,000 tons per day and related facilities, and is scheduled for completion and commissioning in 2029.
