Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (September 10^th) reported August 2025 consolidated revenue of NT$2,128 million. Consolidated revenue for January through August 2025 was NT$19,845 million.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through August 2025 decreased by 3.0% year-over-year, primarily due to new residential projects in Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) yet to commence handover, leading to a lower revenue from completed projects compared to the same period last year. Revenue from Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) increased year-over-year, driven by the continued execution of construction projects. Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) recorded revenue growth, mainly driven by the growth in building construction projects and mechanical & electrical (M&E) projects in the private sector.
