Continental Holdings Corporation Reports 2024 Revenue of NT$30.701B, Announces Cash Dividend of $1.05 per Share

Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC, TWSE: 3703) held its annual shareholders’ meeting today, with Chairman Nina Ing presenting the Company’s 2024 operating results and 2025 business plan. According to the Company’s 2024 annual report, CHC posted consolidated revenue of NT$30.701 billion, operating income of NT$1.249 billion, net profit of NT$1.175 billion, and earnings per share of NT$1.43. The Board of Directors approved the distribution of a NT$1.05 per share cash dividend.

CHC Chairman Nita Ing stated, “CHC’s three business segments(*) have demonstrated steady growth and maintained strong revenue backlogs. Continental Engineering Corporation and Continental Development Corporation both achieved record-high revenue backlogs of NT$129.8 billion and NT$26.7 billion, respectively, as of the end of 2024. HDEC Corporation also posted record-setting revenue and net profit to date.”

According to the company’s May 2025 revenue press release and Q1 2025 financial results, CHC’s consolidated revenue for the January–May period totaled NT$12.356 billion, representing a 4.8% increase year-over-year. As of the end of Q1 2025, net profits from the Construction Engineering Business and the Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business increased by 39.7% and 57.5%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. The latter also recorded its highest-ever quarterly net profit.
