Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (October 13^th) reported September 2025 consolidated revenue of NT$2,274 million. Consolidated revenue for January through September 2025 was NT$22,119 million.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through September 2025 decreased by 4.0% year-over-year, primarily due to new residential projects in Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) yet to commence handover, leading to a lower revenue from completed projects compared to the same period last year. Revenue from Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) increased year-over-year, driven by the continued execution of construction projects. Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) recorded revenue growth, mainly driven by the growth in building construction projects of private sector.

Real Estate Development Business officially launched a new pre-sell project Garden of Happiness, located in Nangang District, Taipei City, in September. Garden of Happiness is designed by the international architectural firm Snøhetta from Norway and located near the MRT Nangang Software Park Station, directly across from the CTBC Financial Park, and within walking distance of the Mitsui LaLaport shopping complex. The project occupies a site area of 2,525 m² (including the joint construction portion) and comprises 24 floors above ground and 5 basement levels, providing a total of 163 residential units with area ranging from 83 m² to 139 m². The estimated total sales value is NT$6.04 billion, and the project is expected to be completed by 2029.
