Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (November 10^th) reported October 2025 consolidated revenue of NT$1,917 million. Consolidated revenue for January through October 2025 was NT$24,036 million.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through October 2025 decreased by 6.0% year-over-year, primarily due to new residential projects in Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) yet to commence handover, leading to a lower revenue from completed projects compared to the same period last year. Revenue from Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) increased year-over-year, driven by the continued execution of construction projects. Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) recorded revenue growth, mainly driven by the growth in building construction projects of private sector.

The residential project Poetic Yard of Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation), located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, was fully sold out in November, with a total sales value of NT$4.39 billion. The project is expected to begin handover and revenue recognition in 2028.
