Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (December 10^th) reported November 2025 consolidated revenue of NT$2,894 million. Consolidated revenue for January through November 2025 was NT$26,931 million.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through November 2025 decreased by 4.7% year-over-year, primarily due to lower revenue from handovers of new residential projects in Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation), which offset the contribution from revenue growth in Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) driven by building construction projects in the private sector.

Real Estate Development Business commenced the handover process in November for Sensuous Garden, a residential project in Taipei City, and BELLE ÉPOQUE, a residential project Taichung City. Revenue and profit from these projects will be recognized progressively, with handover expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.
