Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (August 11^th) reported July 2025 consolidated revenue of NT$2,593 million. Consolidated revenue for January through July 2025 was NT$17,717 million.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through July 2025 decreased by 1.1% year-over-year, primarily due to new residential projects in Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) yet to commence handover, leading to a lower revenue from completed projects compared to the same period last year. Revenue from Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) increased year-over-year, driven by the continued execution of construction projects. Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) recorded revenue growth, mainly driven by the growth in building construction projects and mechanical & electrical (M&E) projects in the private sector.
