Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (March 10th) reported its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2025 and announced earnings distribution. For full year 2025, the Company delivered consolidated revenue of NT$34,378 million, operating profit of NT$1,653 million, net profit of NT$1,481 million, and earnings per share of NT$1.80. The Board has approved the distribution of a NT$1.05 per share cash dividend.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for full year 2025 increased by 12.0% compared to the previous year. Among three business segments, revenue of the Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) delivered notable revenue growth, primarily driven by the handover of residential projects. Revenue of the Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) also increased, driven by building construction projects in the private sector. Gross margin remained on par with the previous year. Driven by revenue growth, CHC reported a 32.3% year-over-year increase in operating profit and a 26.1% year-over-year increase in net profit for full year 2025.

CHC maintained a solid revenue backlog in the three business segments. As of December 31st, 2025, revenue backlog of Construction Engineering Business was NT$114.7 billion, equivalent to 4.9 times of its 2025 full year revenue. Revenue backlog of Real Estate Development Business was NT$25.8 billion, equivalent to 3.6 times of its 2025 full year revenue. Revenue backlog of Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) reached NT$87.4 billion, equivalent to 11.3 times of its 2025 full year revenue.
