Consolidated revenue for January through April 2026 was NT$8,516 million.<\/p>\n<p>CHC\u2019s consolidated revenue for January through April 2026 decreased by 12.9% year-over-year, primarily due to a decline in construction revenue from Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation), which offset the increased contribution from the completion and handover of new projects from Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation).<\/p>\n<p>Real Estate Development Business has announced the official launch of two new pre-sell projects, <em>Northern Lights<\/em> in Da\u2019an District in Taipei City, and<em> Cluster of Villas<\/em> in Nantun District in Taichung City. <em>Northern Lights<\/em> is designed by a global architectural firm Henning Larsen from Denmark. The project is located near the MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station, facing Liugong Park. It occupies a site area of 556 m<sup>2<\/sup> and comprises 14 floors above ground and 3 basement levels, providing a total of 46 residential units with floor area ranging from 69 m<sup>2<\/sup> to 126 m<sup>2<\/sup>. The Continental Development Corporation\u2019s estimated share of the total sales value is NT$930 million, and the project is expected to be completed by 2029.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cluster of Villas<\/em> is designed by a global architectural firm Alison Brooks Architects from the UK. Located in the 13th Redevelopment Zone of Taichung City, the project is near Fengle Sculpture Park and the MRT Fengle Park Station. It occupies a site area of 5,642 m<sup>2<\/sup> and comprises four buildings with 12 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, providing a total of 137 residential units with floor area ranging from 86 m<sup>2<\/sup> to 142 m<sup>2<\/sup>.
