Consolidated revenue for January through October 2025 was NT$24,036 million.<\/p>\n<p>CHC\u2019s consolidated revenue for January through October 2025 decreased by 6.0% year-over-year, primarily due to new residential projects in Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) yet to commence handover, leading to a lower revenue from completed projects compared to the same period last year. Revenue from Environmental Project Development &amp; Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) increased year-over-year, driven by the continued execution of construction projects. Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) recorded revenue growth, mainly driven by the growth in building construction projects of private sector.<\/p>\n<p>The residential project <em>Poetic Yard<\/em> of Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation), located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, was fully sold out in November, with a total sales value of NT$4.39 <span data-teams=\"true\">billion<\/span>.
