Consolidated revenue for January through May 2024 totaled NT$11,784M.<\/p>\n<p>CHC\u2019s consolidated revenue for January through May 2024 saw a decrease of 1.3% compared to the same period in 2023, mainly due to a decreased revenue from handover of new residential projects from Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation), partially offset by a 64% revenue growth from Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation).<\/p>\n<p>Real Estate Development Business officially launched a new pre-sell project <em>Heng Mu<\/em>, located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, in May. <em>Heng Mu<\/em> is designed by the international design group <em>Koichi Takada Architects (KTA)<\/em> from Australia and located near the MRT Xinpu Minsheng Station and Xinpu Station, facing Siwei Park and Sinpu Elementary School. The project occupies a lot size of 2,232 m<sup>2<\/sup>, with 22 floors above and 5 stories below ground, and 127 units with apartment area size of 102m<sup>2<\/sup> to 185m<sup>2<\/sup>. The estimated total sales value is NT$5.24B, and the project is expected to be completed by 2028.<\/p>\n<p>The cash dividends for FY2023 will be paid on July 31<sup>st<\/sup>, in the amount of NT$1.5 per share, and the ex-dividend trading date will be July 4<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (June 11th) reported May 2024 consolidated revenue of NT$2,858M.
