Continental Engineering Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of Continental Holdings Corporation (Stock Code: 3703), held a contract signing ceremony with Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation for the \u201cJiantan MRT Transit Facility Utilized for Multi-Purpose Design-Build Project\u201d on October 19th. This project, located adjacent to Taipei MRT Jiantan station, will provide a Class A office\/commercial building with 16 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, with an expected completion date by the end of 2027. The contract value is NT$3.387 billion including taxes.<\/p>\n
CEC tendered this project in partnership with its design collaborator, Hap+4Creative. Considering the project\u2019s unique location, the team optimized the building design to create more open spaces for public use.<\/p>\n
