Consolidated revenue for January through September 2023 totaled NT$22,563M.<\/p>\n<p>CHC\u2019s consolidated revenue for January through September 2023 saw a decrease of 7.8% compared to the same period in 2022, mainly due to a reduced revenue from newly completed projects of Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation), which was partially offset by the double-digit revenue growth of Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation).<\/p>\n<p>The Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) held a groundbreaking ceremony for <em>Tainan Cheng-xi Incineration Plant Renewal BOT<\/em> Project in September. The project will contribute construction revenue during the construction period. The total investment amount of the project is NT$7,215M, with concession period of 25 years (including 3 years of construction and 22 years of operation and maintenance), and the project is expected to commence operations after completion in 2026.
