Consolidated revenue for January through May 2023 totaled NT$11,944M.<\/p>\n<p>CHC\u2019s consolidated revenue for January through May 2023 saw a decrease of 23% compared to the same period in 2022, mainly due to a higher revenue base from the peak handover period for Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) last year.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of <em>Kaohsiung City Qiaotou Reclaimed Water BT<\/em>O <em>Project<\/em> of Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) officially commenced in May, with planned completion at the end of 2025. The project includes an 18-year operations and maintenance (O&amp;M) period for the existing wastewater treatment plant. Upon completion, the capacity of the existing wastewater treatment plant will increase from 20,000 tons to 50,000 tons. With a 15-year O&amp;M period, the project\u2019s newly constructed reclaimed water treatment plant will supply 30,000 tons of reclaimed water per day after completion.<\/p>\n<p>The cash dividends for FY2022 will be paid on July 31<sup>st<\/sup>, in the amount of NT$2.5 per share, and the ex-dividend trading date will be June 30<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (June 12th) reported May 2023 consolidated revenue of NT$2,635M.
