Consolidated revenue for January through August 2021 totaled NT$15,151M.<\/p>\n<p>CHC\u2019s consolidated revenue for January through August 2021 saw an increase of 18.9% compared to the same period in 2020, and all three business segments delivered year-over-year revenue growth this period as well. Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) saw the most advancement, mainly due to revenue from completed projects such as <em>55Timeless<\/em>. Construction Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) saw its growth mainly from <em>Taoyuan MRT Green Line GC01 Section<\/em> and other private sector construction projects. Environmental Project Development Business (HDEC Corporation) also grew meaningfully, mainly fueled by construction of <em>Anping Reclaimed Water Plant<\/em> and <em>Tongluo Science Park Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II EPC<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The iconic Taipei-based Project <em>Bountiful Journey<\/em> of Real Estate Development Business has received its Use Permit in August. <em>Bountiful Journey<\/em> is expected to begin handover and recognize revenue from October, and the handover is expected to complete in the first half of 2022.
