Consolidated revenue for January through July 2021 totaled NT$13,544M.<\/p>\n<p>CHC\u2019s consolidated revenue for January through July 2021 saw an increase of 23.9% compared to the same period in 2020, and all three business segments delivered year-over-year revenue growth this period as well. Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) saw the most advancement, mainly due to revenue from completed projects such as <em>55Timeless<\/em>. Environmental Project Development Business (HDEC Corporation) also grew significantly, mainly fueled by construction of <em>Anping Reclaimed Water Plant<\/em> and <em>Tongluo Science Park Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II EPC<\/em>. Construction Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) saw its growth mostly from <em>Taoyuan MRT Green Line GC01 Section<\/em> and other private sector construction projects.<\/p>\n<p>Real Estate Development Business has officially launched its new pre-sell project <em>Sensuous Garden<\/em>, located in Taipei City, in August. The project is a reconstruction of the <em>Taipei Fullerton Hotel Nanjing<\/em>, and is the first hotel-based urban unsafe and old building reconstruction in Taiwan. <em>Sensuous Garden<\/em> has a lot size of 1,993m<sup>2<\/sup> and is designed to have two buildings for residential and hotel respectively with 24 floors above and 6 stories under the ground. The hotel part will be operated by the <em>Hyatt Centric<\/em>, the upscale lifestyle hotel in Hyatt Group\u2019s portfolio. Residential building is designed to have 116 units of serviced apartment with apartment area size of 83m<sup>2<\/sup> to 182m<sup>2<\/sup>.
