Consolidated revenue for January through May 2021 totaled NT$10,321M.<\/p>\n<p>CHC\u2019s consolidated revenue for January through May 2021 saw an increase of 40.7% compared to the same period in 2020. CHC&#8217;s three business segments all delivered year-over-year revenue growth this period, and Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) and Environmental Project Development Business (HDEC Corporation) saw the most advancement. The turnover growth of Real Estate Development Business was mainly due to revenue from projects such as <em>55Timeless<\/em>, <em>La Bella Vita<\/em>, and <em>Treasure Garden<\/em>. The construction of <em>Linhai Wastewater Treatment and Reclaimed Water Plant BTO<\/em> and <em>Tongluo Science Park Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II EPC<\/em> fueled the growth of Environmental Project Development Business.<\/p>\n<p>Cash dividend for FY2020 will be paid on July 30<sup>th<\/sup>, in the amount of NT$1.40 per share.
