CEC partnered with Chun Wo (the renowned construction group in Hong Kong) as Joint Venture to win the award.<\/p>\n<p>Kobus Niehaus, CEC International Business Division\u2019s Commercial Director, said the most significant part of winning the project was that the company had finally broken into the Hong Kong market.
