These two successive contracts will substantially contribute to CEC\u2019s future income.<\/p>\n<p>The project entails the construction of two underground stations LG01 and LG03, twin TBM tunnel between LG03 and LG04 stations, a pocket track tunnel, all building service works, and the construction of common utility ducts. One of the major challenges is a water main which supplies water for the Sanchong and Hsinchung areas of New Taipei City, requires a switching valve to be installed at the LG01 site without any disruption of water supply. Moreover, maintaining traffic flow near LG01 and LG03 also presents a challenge for the construction team. This project is expected to begin in Feb. 2017, and will be completed within 96 months.
