This is part of CHC\u2019s succession plan, carefully overseen by the Board.<\/p>\n<p>The Board recognized Ken Hung\u2019s remarkable contributions over the past eight years and extended its gratitude to Ken Hung for his dedicated service. Under his able stewardship CHC has greatly enhanced corporate governance and strategic development at its member companies.<\/p>\n<p>Cindy Chang joined CHC in September 2017 as CFO. She brings a wealth of management and financial expertise to her new position.
